Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall direction of their assigned branch(es) and/or program(s) and for carrying out the organizations purposes effectively. Direct responsibility of ensuring the branch(es) and/or programs meet all applicable Federal State and local laws regarding the certification and licensure process at all times. Responsible for long range planning fiscal viability and quality of care provided by the branch. Recruits interviews and hires staff and measures/monitors quality care and organizational performance. Assist other disciplines in coordinating activities when necessary assuming responsibility for continuity appropriateness and quality of services delivered. Delegates authority appropriately and works to achieve coordination of all aspects of BrightSpring Health Services programs. Implements and maintains the budget of assigned area/region. Directly manages the leadership staff of location(s) within their area/region.
