Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. This role offers the support of a collaborative multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care. Youll work with experts in psychiatry neurology and psychology supported by a robust administrative team allowing you to focus on patient care.

Control Your Earning Potential: Iris Virtual Clinic providers are eligible for a generous attainable Patient Encounter-Based Bonus when minimums are exceeded. Bonuses are paid quarterly and offer a significant upside to your earnings.
Dictate Appointment Times: We are looking for highly skilled & experienced clinicians to conduct assessments and build a case load allowing continuity of care and seeing clients through a successful treatment plan from start to finish. You will be given the autonomy to determine the appropriate appointment duration for your clients.
About the Role:
Setting: 100% Remote Outpatient Virtual Clinic
Schedule: 32-40 hrs/wk
Patient Population: Ages 18
Appointment Times: 60/90 minutes for initial visits 30 minutes for follow-ups.
Caseload: 10-13 patients per day
No On-Call Required! Enjoy work-life balance with a schedule that fits your needs.
Qualifications:
Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
Board certification in psychiatry required.
Active IMLC LOQ Wisconsin Pennsylvania and/or Michigan medical license strongly preferred.
Availability for 32-40 hours per week .
Experience and comfort treating patients ages 18 across varying acuity levels.
Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with EPIC is a plus!).
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
