- Position: Contract/ Program Manager
- Location: Falls Chruch VA ((with telework flexibility as approved)
- Travel: None anticipated
We are looking for a highly skilled Contract/ Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily contract operations ensuring performance meets scope schedule and budget targets.
- Act as primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and government representatives with full authority over contract matters.
- Supervise direct reports and coordinate multiple functional areas.
- Ensure availability during standard working hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding Federal Holidays).
- Apply data analysis methodologies to collect interpret and present insights on program performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards KPIs and reports to support management decisions.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making risk management and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations and organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI Tableau or SQL Excel to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform statistical analyses and data modeling to identify patterns correlations and insights that improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs define analytical requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.
- Strong leadership and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel Power BI SQL Tableau Python R). (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and government contracting processes.
- Proven problem-solving ability in complex environments.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple functional areas with direct reports.
- At least 3 years of experience applying data analysis in a professional environment preferably in government contracting or defense sectors
- Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards KPIs and analytic reports.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Data Science or Computer Science.
Preferred Education and Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Certifications related to Data Analysis such as Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
