- 2 years in in-home or outside sales (flooring experience required)
- Strong flooring knowledge and understanding of trends and installation
- Detail-oriented process-driven and excellent follow-through
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and tech-savvy
- Valid drivers license
