Interview Process
Our process is designed to be transparent efficient and respectful of your time:
- Screening Call (10 minutes) with our Senior Recruiter.
- First Interview with the Hiring Manager (CTO).
- Second Interview with the Team Lead.
- Final Interview to cover details and next steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability reliability and security.
- Architect and manage networking storage compute and security within AWS.
- Lead automation initiatives for provisioning monitoring and incident response.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and cost management.
- Establish and enforce security best practices across cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of AWS innovations and proactively adopt relevant new technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in production and non-production environments.
- Support development teams by enabling seamless deployments and integrating cloud infrastructure into the software delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer Infrastructure Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on AWS.
- Deep expertise with core AWS services (EC2 ECS/EKS RDS S3 VPC IAM CloudWatch CloudFormation/Terraform etc.).
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation Terraform).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python Bash or similar).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring alerting and logging tools.
- Solid understanding of networking security and compliance in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Bitbucket or Git-based workflows).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must (written and spoken).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional DevOps Engineer Professional or SysOps Administrator) are highly valued.
- Proven experience leading cloud infrastructure projects from design to production.
