Your responsibilities
Were looking for a Business Analyst to support our Chief Brand Officer and Brand Directors in making data-driven decisions across our brand portfolio. This is a matrix role: you will be based in our central Business Intelligence team while working very closely with the Brand Department as your main business partner.
Your work will combine financial analysis performance marketing evaluation customer insight reporting and the application of AI-driven analytics. Youll play a key role in ensuring our brands have the right numbers and insights to guide strategy and execution.
- Partner with the CBO and Brand Directors on P&L analyses ROI modelling and financial reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track brand and marketing performance (e.g. CAC CLV ROAS brand equity metrics)
- Consolidate and analyze customer insights from tracking tools surveys and consumer panels
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools (e.g. predictive analytics advanced data modeling automation of reporting tasks) to support smarter brand decisions
- Deliver clear concise presentations and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with Finance Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align data and insights
Your profile
- 24 years experience in business analysis FP&A or marketing analytics (FMCG eCommerce or consulting background is a plus)
- Solid understanding of financial modelling P&L structures and margin analysis
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker Tableau Power BI or similar)
- Basic understanding of brand building and marketing concepts combined with a genuine interest in developing expertise in this field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear actionable way to stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
