Build and scale a high-quality events and community engine that strengthens our ecosystem (prospects customers partners) and feeds pipeline advocacy and brand affinity.
Tasks
- Own the events program end-to-end: strategy calendar budget logistics vendor mgmt measurement. Youre the driver not a passenger.
- Partner with Sales: align events to target accounts and regions; support outreach on-site meetings follow-ups.
- Build community touchpoints: intimate roundtables field events meet-ups partner activations speaker slots.
- Run promotion with Marketing: audience build email/social/partner co-marketing press and speaker ops.
- Stage-manage on the day: venue AV branding speakers demos; make the experience feel premium and effortless.
- Be a visible connector: develop a recognisable personal profile in our ecosystem (online and IRL).
- Close the loop: document outcomes share insights and improve the next event (content format targeting).
- Co-manage budget: plan/track spend negotiate with vendors keep a clean admin trail.
- A repeatable event playbook with clear metrics (registrations attendance meetings pipeline revenue influence).
- Healthy partner/community calendar with rising attendance quality (ICP fit) and lower cost per qualified meeting.
- Strong feedback from Sales on event impact and speed of follow-up.
- Growing personal network among senior CX/CCaaS buyers in DACH.
Requirements
Must haves:
- Fluency in English & German.
- 3 years in events/field/community marketing (B2B Software preferred).
- Proven track record running multi-event calendars (owned sponsored) end-to-end.
- Hyper-organised deadline-reliable calm under pressure.
- Comfort working on-site at events and travelling regularly.
