Physical Therapist (Permanent Role) Location: San Angelo TX 76903
Shift: Day Shift Start Time: 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate treat and monitor patients across a variety of conditions.
- Develop and modify individualized therapy programs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing entries.
- Understand and adhere to reimbursement policies related to your practice setting.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients families colleagues and care team members.
- Educate patients families and staff on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
- Supervise support staff students and volunteers within the department.
- Continue to develop clinical expertise through ongoing education and evidence-based practices.
- Share knowledge and help foster growth in peers and junior staff.
- Stay current with organizational and regulatory guidelines and ensure full compliance.
- Align personal performance and goals with system-wide objectives to support broader organizational success.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required (or within 90 days of hire).
