Job Summary

Physical Therapist (Permanent Role)

Location: San Angelo TX 76903

Shift: Day Shift Start Time: 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Essential Functions:

Evaluate treat and monitor patients across a variety of conditions.
Develop and modify individualized therapy programs and goals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing entries.
Understand and adhere to reimbursement policies related to your practice setting.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients families colleagues and care team members.
Educate patients families and staff on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
Supervise support staff students and volunteers within the department.
Continue to develop clinical expertise through ongoing education and evidence-based practices.
Share knowledge and help foster growth in peers and junior staff.
Stay current with organizational and regulatory guidelines and ensure full compliance.
Align personal performance and goals with system-wide objectives to support broader organizational success.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required (or within 90 days of hire).
