Your Role

Diagnose repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles to OEM standards
Partner with advisors/customers to deliver clear professional updates
Perform inspections advanced diagnostics and full system evaluations
Execute PM services: fluids brakes tune-ups alignments
Document work precisely and follow all safety/compliance procedures
Stay current with evolving tech (electrical CAN/diagnostics ADAS fundamentals)

Requirements

4 years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic capability; proficient with modern scan tools
Solid flag-hour discipline and a reputation for clean comebacks
HS diploma or equivalent (ASE preferred; OEM certs a plus)
Reliability integrity and a team-first mindset
