Your Role

Diagnose repair and maintain Ford and mixed-make vehicles to OEM standards
Perform inspections advanced diagnostics and full system evaluations
Execute preventive maintenance (fluids brakes alignments tune-ups) and complex repairs (electrical powertrain drivability)
Document findings and repairs with precision; communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers
Follow all safety/compliance procedures and protect the customer and the brand
Stay current on evolving technology scan tools service information and bulletins

What You Bring

4 years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills; proficiency with scan tools and OEM service info
ASE certifications preferred (well help you advance)
OEM certifications; Ford certification a major plus
Consistent flag-hour production with clean comebacks history
High school diploma or equivalent; valid drivers license with clean MVR
Reliability integrity and a team-first mindset
