Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Developer with 20 years of professional development experience to support mission-critical application. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing developing and maintaining enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

This role requires strong analytical skills deep technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

• Design develop test and applications for TEA enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Enhance and maintain applications with a focus on performance security and scalability.
• Implement best practices in coding testing and application lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews system design sessions and technical planning.

Required Skills & Experience

• 20 years of experience in software development with at least 15 years in .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Strong expertise in C# Core Web API development.
• Proficiency in SQL Server (queries stored procedures optimization).
• Experience with Entity Framework LINQ and ORM tools.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 jQuery Angular/React preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services or other cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services microservices architecture and API integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education or government sector projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines Git Azure DevOps).
• Exposure to Power BI SSRS or other reporting tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
