Job Summary

Job Title: Duval County Dentist

Location: Jacksonville FL

Schedule:

2 3 days per week

Candidate Responsibilities: * Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams preventive services restorations removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Experience/Skills Required:

* 5 years experience providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams preventive services restorations removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist Educational

Requirement: DDS or DMD Degree Active Florida Dental License Current/Active DEA Current CPR Certification Ability to speak and understand English Required Must have an active Florida Dental License in good standing. Required DDS or DMD degree Required Experience providing comprehensive dental exams Required 5 Years Experience performing preventive services Required 5 Years Experience with restorations Required 5 Years Experience with removable complete and partial dentures Required 5 Years Experience performing extractions Required 5 Years Experience using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Heal Record Highly desired
