Job Summary:

The Network Engineer role is a contract position located in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing network infrastructure with a focus on firewall administration WAN network management and Meraki devices. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently.

Location: Montgomery Alabama United States

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain firewall infrastructure.
- Oversee and optimize WAN network performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Meraki devices.
- Lead network-related projects from inception to completion.
- Work on-site in Montgomery AL.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Firewall management experience.
- WAN network experience.
- Meraki experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Team lead experience.

Special Considerations:

- This is a 100% on-site position; no remote work is allowed.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Submittals must be from a prime supplier. Suppliers can use only one (1) level of sub-vendor candidates for submittal if necessary.

Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday standard business hours.
