This role oversees daily operations of a Patient Financial Services team ensuring timely billing and collections. Responsibilities include staff supervision training performance management process improvement and compliance with relevant regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of billing and collection processes preferably within a healthcare setting utilizing Epic Resolute Hospital billing and SSI clearinghouse systems.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise Patient Financial Services staff assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure timely billing and collections of accounts receivable using Epic Resolute Hospital billing and SSI clearinghouse systems.
- Monitor staff productivity quality of work and adherence to procedures.
- Conduct staff training on billing and collection procedures.
- Administer disciplinary actions as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelors degree.

Special Considerations:
- Fully remote position.
- Must reside in the PST time zone.
- 5x8 hour shifts 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Scheduling:
- 5 days a week 8-hour shifts.
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily.
