- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate working groups sprint planning and review sessions as needed.
- Track issues risks and decisions and manage escalation processes.
- Monitor interdependencies across divisions regions offices and technical workstreams.
- Ensure consistent communication across internal teams and external agency partners.
- Prepare status reports executive updates and progress briefings.
- Support alignment between project activities and DECs strategic and operational goals.
- Manage task assignments facilitate coordination and maintain accountability.
- Use project tracking tools such as Planner Excel Teams or equivalent.
- Adapt to ad-hoc priorities and provide organizational leadership support as needed.
