Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI/Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored for the Retail domain. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in AI product lifecycle management stakeholder collaboration and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Bachelors degree/BS/MS in Computer Science Information Systems/CIS or a related field
8 years in product management with at least 5 years in AI/ML-related roles
3 years in AI product strategy or roadmap ownership Gen AI Agentic AI and LLM-based workflows
5 years in product delivery in AI/ML projects stakeholder management and business analysis
Understanding of Gen AI Agentic AI and LLM-based workflows
Preferred experience in Retail domain use cases - pricing promotions customer segmentation and supply chain optimization
Background in data science engineering or analytics is a plus; Exposure to Ethical AI data governance and privacy compliance
Experience with AI orchestration platforms agentic workflows and LLM fine-tuning - Plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and drive the AI product roadmap focused on retail use cases such as Yield Optimization Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Trade ROI; Prioritize and manage a backlog of AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility; Required Experience: Minimum 3 5 years in AI product strategy or roadmap ownership
Stakeholder Engagement & Translation Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables; Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in stakeholder management and business analysis
Execution & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists ML engineers and developers to deliver AI solutions; Ensure timely execution quality assurance and post-launch optimization; Experience: Minimum 3 years in product delivery preferably in AI/ML projects
Performance Measurement Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for each AI initiative; Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product performance; Experience: Minimum 3 years in product analytics or performance tracking
Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
Provides regular updates proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; approach: verbal emails and instant messages
