Job Summary
Job Title :- Physical Therapist
Location :- 100 East Carroll Street Salisbury MD 21801
Duration :- Permanent full time
Shift :- Days Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
Position Summary
- The inventory distribution/delivery of medications is required for all Patient Care area Positions.
- The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible and accountable for the evaluation planning implementation and assessment of physical therapy services for inpatients and/or outpatients. The Physical Therapist is involved in assisting the Supervisor in compiling reports data etc. The Physical Therapist will plan and provide care to patients reflecting individual patient needs (cognitive emotional educational physical and chronological maturation). The inventory distribution/delivery of medications may be required.

Minimum Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
Education
Bachelors Degree required.
Required License and/or Certification
- Maryland or Delaware state licensure is required depending on the state of residency.
- Licensure requires 30 continuing education contact hours or 3.0 CEUs per 2 years.
- CPR Certification is required.
Experience
Previous Experience Preferred.
