| Role Requirements |
| Roles and Responsibilities | - Work closely with Client stakeholders and architects to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Understand existing technology landscape to leverage as needed in the new Architecture/solution
- Ensure the Architecture aligns with industry standards and IT best practices
- Ensure solution is secure scalable and an effective enterprise-level solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their use within the organisation
- Develop and maintain technical standards and policies for the organization
- Work with sales to implement new ideas
- Provide technical support to sales team
- Evaluate new technologies that can be implemented
- Provide Technical support the development team across shores

| Qualification | - Bachelors degree in any technical field
|
| Experience - skills and Competencies | - Strong experience with Microsoft technologies such as C# .NET core
- Design Patterns building architecture and Micro-services-based implementations as per use case
- Experience with WCF Web API REST and multi-tier distributed systems
- Experience in developing and deploying Cloud based application leveraging various cloud services (Azure cloud-based experience is a must)
- Good understanding in UI technologies such as JavaScript Typescript Angular HTML
- Should have knowledge on CI CD pipeline and Devops tools and technologies like Jenkins Microsoft DevOps chef Docker Splunk etc.
- Experience with enterprise application deployment on cloud (experience with Azure is a must)
- Experience in developing highly scalable and flexible solution
- Experience with Database modelling enterprise application
- Good experience with implementing Security at application
Competencies: - Great stakeholder management and Business communication skills
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Experience with machine learning
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Proven knowledge of system architecture
- Ability to work well in a team
- Should be able to work and coordinate with offshore team effectively
