Location: Highlands Ranch CO
Schedule: FULL TIME
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social emotional and cognitive growth
- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports each childs development
- Build strong relationships with children families and team members
- Maintain daily communication and documentation of childrens progress
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards
- CO Early Childhood Certification or equivalent required/preferred
- CDA Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for nurturing young learners and guiding classroom assistants
