Experience you will need:
Hands-on experience in patent prosecution.
Authorized to represent clients before the USPTO in patent and trademark matters.
A STEM background with at least a bachelors degree.
Registered to practice before the USPTO.
3 or more years of patent prosecution experience.
A balanced mixture of confidence and humility.
