Management Company is seeking an office assistant.
Candidate must be able to perform the following duties:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Customer invoicing
- File workers compensation auto liability and general liability claims
- Generate form letters
- Maintain OSHA reports
- Filing
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience
- Effective communication skills; oral and written
- Experience with excel and word
- Strong organizational skills
- Handle confidential information discreetly
- Ability to meet daily weekly and monthly deadlines
