Job Description
Join our growing team
Join our Stockholm team for an M&A internship during approx. 20 weeks starting in January 2026.
What youll do
- Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
- Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side projects and current mandates
- Work on pitch preparations target and investor identifications as well as management presentations
- Conduct market industry and company research
- Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses
About you
- Top academic performance in Economics Finance or a related discipline with at least 4 semesters completed
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Energy enthusiasm and commitment to work in a highly focused team environment
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Previous experience in corporate finance appreciated but not required
