Content Creator
The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging high-quality content across photo video and copywriting formats to bring The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts to life. This role ensures that all deliverables are completed on time aligned with Hilton LXR brand standards and reflective of the hotels luxury positioning. From capturing striking visuals of our rooms and culinary experiences to creating compelling stories for social media and talent attraction you will play a vital role in showcasing the essence of our brand.
What will I be doing
Develop and produce creative content (photos videos reels stories and copy) for all social media platforms websites and digital channels in line with Hilton brand standards.
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that highlight the hotels offerings from luxury accommodations to dining experiences and events.
Assist in developing content for talent attraction campaigns to enhance the hotels employer brand presence.
Ensure all content is visually appealing brand-consistent and aligned with the hotels identity and style.
Stay up to date with social media digital marketing and content creation trends applying new techniques and tools where relevant.
Manage multiple projects at once ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Support the creation of marketing collateral and storytelling content that give tangible expression to the hotels services and experiences.
Collaborate with different departments and outlets to understand their needs and translate them into engaging content.
Review and refine content to ensure accuracy creativity and maximum engagement.
Quality & Standards
Produce content that is visually stunning creative and representative of Hilton brand guidelines.
Create engaging narratives through images videos and copywriting that build a distinct and memorable perception of the hotel.
Monitor market and competitor trends ensuring content strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across all platforms and campaigns.

What are we looking for
We are seeking a highly creative and digitally skilled Content Creator who can bring stories to life across photo video and copy. The ideal candidate should have:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro) and other content creation tools.
Proven experience in videography photography and editing with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
Creative thinking ability to conceptualize and develop fresh ideas campaigns and engaging content that reflects the hotels luxury identity.
Knowledge of communications and media production including how to create content tailored to different platforms (social media web internal communication talent attraction).
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills to complement visual content.
Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with digital and social media trends ensuring content remains innovative and competitive.
