Purpose
To Assist the NPI Manager in managing day to day operations provide his back up and act as his representative as and when needed.
Key Missions
We are hiring for a Engineer - NPI based at NSEZ Noida.
Roles & responsibilities include:
- Supervise and maintain the process parameters set in the machines during the card manufacturing operation.
- Responsible for performing random tests to ensure that the correct parameters are being used in production.
- To conduct trainings for the production operators and supervisors from time to time.
- Updating & documenting the modifications done during Process optimisation.
- Responsible for preparing Qualification release reports and conducting meetings with stakeholders from time to time.
- Implement the modification & standards prepared for card production.
- Having understanding of ISO standards Process parameters (CpCPkSPC etc).
- Timely submission of sample and answering queries from Sales and technical support team before sample preparation.
- Clean and safe work environment.
- Maintain and promote best practices.
- Meeting departmental objectives
- Documentation of procedures in case of new processes are added / corrective and preventive action as when required.
- Raise issues of process to HOD / Asst. manager so that corrective and preventive action is initiated.
- Collection and integrity of the data and preparation of daily and monthly report.
- CAPA analysis for customer concern
- Auto CAD know how to design Fixtures & FG Product drawing making.
- ERP system knowledge for raising request.
