- Promotion interne et externe (supports promotionnels formations vnements runions clients etc.)
- Suivi et revue des opportunits avec les quipes Ventes / Rgions
- Suivi des concurrents et des commandes (liste de rfrences parts de march)
- Accompagnement dans les phases de pr-appel doffres et dappel doffres pour orienter vers la solution la plus rentable
- Support la tarification march et appel doffres
Activits stratgiques:
- Dveloppement dune vision globale du march et de ses segments (tendances critres dachat des clients analyse et comportement des concurrents)
- Agrgation des informations sur les opportunits projets produits et rglementations pour dfinir les stratgies produits et fonctionnalits les priorits et les financements
- Contribution la prparation de la vision de la feuille de route et de lvolution du portefeuille de la Plateforme
Profil
- Diplme dingnieur ou diplme commercial
- Exprience dans un environnement technico-commercial (marketing gestion de produit ventes etc.) avec des biens dinvestissement de prfrence des machines lectromcaniques et idalement du matriel roulant
- Comprhension de la gouvernance et des processus internes (appels doffres plateforme revues dopportunits etc.)
- Exprience en gestion collaborative et en animation du travail en quipe

- Bonne organisation et capacit synthtiser des prsentations claires pour la Direction Gnrale les Plateformes et les quipes Ventes
- Capacit aligner les parties prenantes et influencer dans un environnement complexe
- Orient rsultats march et donnes/faits
- Volont dapprendre et de comprendre les besoins oprationnels techniques et commerciaux des clients ainsi que les aspects techniques des produits
- Capacit travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel avec un esprit collaboratif
- Dveloppement et maintien dun rseau interne et externe solide

- Operational activities include internal & external promotion (promotional material trainings events customer meetings) opportunity tracking / reviewing with Sales / Regions competitor and order tracking (reference list market shares) guiding in pre-tendering and tendering phase towards the most profitable solution supporting market and tender pricing
- Strategic activities include developing a comprehensive view of the market and its segments (market trends customer buying criteria competitor analysis and behaviour) aggregate opportunity project product and regulatory information to define product and feature strategies priorities and funding to support the preparation of the Platforms vision roadmap and portfolio evolution
Profile
- Degree in Engineering or Commercial degree
- Experience in a technical-commercial environment e.g. marketing product management sales etc. with investment goods preferably electro-mechanical machines and preferably rolling stock
- Understanding of governance and internal process working environment (tender Platform opportunity reviews etc)
- Experience of collaborative management facilitating teamwork
Competencies & Skills
- Well organized with capacity to synthetize clear presentations to the Top Management the Platforms & Sales teams
- Ability to align stakeholders and to influence in a complex environment
- Results market and data / facts driven
- Willingness to learn and understand the operational technical and commercial needs of our customers and the technical aspects of the products
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with efficiency collaborative spirit
- Develop and maintain a strong internal and external network
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Fluent in English good level of French or German is a plus
