Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and deployment of our web-based speech recognition natural language processing and search applications. This will include the development and deployment of web-based applications that will interface with our automatic speech recognition (ASR) and natural language processing engines. This demands a multifaceted skills portfolio drawing from both front-end and backend web development to natural language processing algorithms machine learning and interfaces between them.
You will also be expected to interact with ASR system engineers in developing solutions for deployment to Amazon cloud computing environment thus the ability to acquire skills in cloud computing and ASR systems architecture will be essential.
Qualifications Of This Position
We are seeking a talented full stack web developer with strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms who has experience of both front-end and backend web development. The position requires problem solving and strong programming skill set.
- Experience: 5 years of web development.
- Technology skills:
- Expert in MEAN framework REST WebSockets.
- Expert in AngularJS and jQuery CSS3 Stylus HTML5 Jade
- Linux Shell scripts command line GIT
- Experience with Amazon EC2 and S3
- Grid computing distributed tasks scheduling
- Experience in machine learning and data mining
- Knowledge of is a plus
- Programming languages:
- Expert in JavaScript and Python
- Expert in C/C and/or Java.
- Language: Fluency in English other languages a plus.
- Education: Bachelor or Master in Engineering
- Reporting to : Vice President Technology
- Contract : Permanent (100%)
