Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location:Santa Monica CA

Required Qualifications:

Experience in personal injury employment and tenant rights litigation
Admittance to CA State Bar
5 years of litigation experience
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and technology

Job Description

What you will be doing:

Overseeing day-to-day management of caseload and directing support staff
Preparing and executing discovery plans including propounding and responding to discovery drafting Meet and Confer letters and Motion to Compel
Drafting pleadings briefs and motions including Motions for Summary Judgment
Conducting party witness and expert depositions
Conducting legal research and investigations
Attending court hearings and arguing motions
Meeting with clients.
