Job Summary

Professional Liability Coverage Attorney-Full-Time

Location: San Francisco CA 94104

Experience you will need:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed attorney in good standing in California.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Experience interpreting insurance policies drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage matters is preferred.
Strong and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
Ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
Experience in conflict resolution and complex problem scenarios.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a strong work ethic.

What you will be doing:

Analyze complex insurance contracts and policy forms.
Apply policy contract terms to a variety of claim scenarios.
Stay current on legislative trends and court decisions and provide timely updates insights and recommendations.
Produce comprehensive written opinions including strategic recommendations to business leaders.
Work with claims management to provide expert legal advice on risk exposure policy interpretation litigation strategy and claims handling protocols.
Deliver high-quality work product within defined service level agreements with clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.
