Job Description
SAP Archiving Consultant in TJC ASC - Fully Remote in Mexico
We areseeking a Senior SAP Archiving Consultant with relevant experience strong analytical skills and expertise inSAP Archiving particularly inTJC ASCImplementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end SAP Archiving implementation projects primarily within TJC ASC.
- Strong skills and hands-on TJC ASC for archiving configuration and testing processes.
Configure both standard and custom archive objects using tools like SARA and ArchiveLink.
Work with SAP ILM for defining archiving rules policies and compliance scenarios (e.g. GDPR).
Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Lead or support coordination efforts in archiving initiatives.
Implement third-party archiving tools such as OpenText or PBS when required.
Manage retrieval and reporting of archived data including blocking and unblocking processes.
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience in SAP Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management.
- Strong skills and hands-on TJC ASC for archiving configuration and testing processes.
Hands-on expertise in PTP OTC FICO and SD modules archiving.
Experience in defining and executing archiving strategies across company code sales org and plant levels.
Familiarity with audit requirements and DMS integration (e.g. IBM CommonStore Content Server).
Solid communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Spanish and English Level - Advanced C1- C2

Location
Fully Remote in Mexico
Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
