Position Summary
Were looking for a people-first performance-driven Senior Production Supervisor to lead our Belt Manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned manufacturing professional with an engineering background who thrives on developing others fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence.

What Youll Do
- Lead with empathy and clarity creating a positive inclusive and high-performing team environment
- Drive throughput quality and safety using Lean and A3 methodologies
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Manage training staffing and scheduling to meet production goals
- Coach and mentor team members supporting their growth and development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Quality and Customer Service
- Enforce company policies and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects
What You Bring
- 5 years in manufacturing including 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong floor presence and ability to lead by example
- Proven experience with Lean manufacturing and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (MAS200 JD Edwards SAP Dynamics etc.)
- Exceptional communication emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to motivate diverse teams and build strong interpersonal relationships
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical or Industrial preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 45lbs or more.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical or Industrial preferred but not required)
- Equipment troubleshooting skills
- ISO 9001 experience
- Familiarity with 5S CPQ and training program development
- Experience leading changes in dynamic environments

- Salary range: $75000.00 $100000.00 (based on experience)
