Outside Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req)
Location: HYBRID Katy TX (1 day in office WFH when not visiting clients)
Salary: $48000-$55000 Base Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE: $80k$100k)
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision 401k w/ match PTO $1000/mo Car Allowance
Company vehicle provided after 6 months
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: M-F 8 am 5 pm (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Travel: Local travel throughout the Houston Area primarily within a 50-mile radius

Outside Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req) Description

Our client in the environmental services industry is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Katy this role you will be responsible for driving new business across Greater Houston by targeting facility managers operations leaders and commercial facilities decision-makers in large commercial sectors. Ideal candidates will be proven hunters who thrive in field-based sales roles enjoy building genuine client relationships and are comfortable conducting site survey inspections to propose tailored pest control solutions.

Your success will be fueled by access to leads trade associations and a supportive internal team. Youll also perform high-level site surveys to tailor solutions for each commercial client. Outside Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req) Responsibilities

Drive commercial sales through prospecting cold calling lead conversion and networking
Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers
Conduct site inspections to assess client needs
Deliver tailored presentations and proposals on pest management solutions to prospects
Present service benefits clearly and persuasively to commercial prospects
Document sales activities and agreements in CRM
Communicate account details to service teams for execution
Follow up with leads to drive conversions and renewals
Attend networking events and trade association meetings to grow pipeline

Outside Sales Representative (B2B Sales exp req) Qualifications

2 years of B2B sales or business development experience required
Networking and trade associations experience required
Valid drivers license and clear driving record required
