1. Apply subject-matter or functional expertise and industry knowledge to research analyze design and/or maintain solutions and/or programs in support of changing business needs.
2. Perform analysis validation and interpretation of report outputs. Recommend actions to business leaders based on interpreted findings of the analyzed business reports.
3. Apply in-depth knowledge within own professional discipline and a foundational understanding of concepts and principles of other related professional disciplines. Apply knowledge of best practices derived from experience and external networking to solve a range of complex technical and operational problems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience especially with the general concepts of business management such as financial analysis change management and project management.
2. In-depth knowledge of principles practices theories and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline to which they are assigned (e.g. information technology project management finance risk management etc.).
3. Understand foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects.
4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among stakeholders.
5. Advanced communications skills including persuasion negotiation and influence.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree
2. Consulting experience
3. Banking or financial services experience
4. If assigned to a specific area of focus specific skills in that area may be required
5. Strong experience with data and metrics reporting and tools such as Excel PP and other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
6. Experienced preparing executive level dashboards and deliverables
