Job Summary

Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant-Full Time
Location:Tulsa OK 74106
Responsibilities

Provides high quality professional medical care in accordance with the organizations mission statement and industry standards.
Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations (including obtaining updating and studying medical histories).
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Qualifications

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma required.
A minimum of twelve (12) months experience preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification required.
