IMS Supervisor

Objective

In charge of the IMS equipment installation with the assigned technical Team complying on time with the projects master plans and safety rules and procedures to prevent accidents during installation steps.

Main Responsibilities

• Idea Meet with the installation Time of the projects assigned in the technical center
• Coordination of the technical team involved in the Project to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures
• Execute and monitor compliance with assigned tasks daily during the Installation phase. Supervise the technical resources necessary to carry out the assembly of components and the installation of projects in the field
• Supervise the technical team during the equipment validation phase with established testing protocols to meet the requirements of: 20 Hours Dry Runs and 8 hrs on production
• Responsible for security management and administration skills development training performance evaluation and career plan of the technical team
• Coordination with Manufacturing projects and operations in the execution of daily Tasks during installation steps.
• Verification of staff attendance Safety Talk and review of 10 basic Safety rules daily
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (5s)
• Preparation and review of the work safety analysis at the beginning of the shift. (AST)
• Control of overtime in the technicians
• Monitoring the progress of tasks during the shift
• Establish and Follow the categories for the Technical Team

Position Requirements

• Bachelors in Mechatronics Automation Electrics or similar required.
• Intermediate English
• 3 years of experience in project administration
• Functional Competencies: Neumatic & Hydraulic Layouts and Installation Robotics Plcs Mechanic components
