As a Cloud Development Support Engineer in SAP Cloud Identity you wil

• Analyze evaluate and resolve complex issues of customers and SAP internal stakeholders
• Communicate with customers in a considerate and professional manner clearly and politely providing highly valued remote services and consulting
• Work hand-in-hand with development team to improve quality.
• Follow up on the resolved incidents that prevents or minimize the likelihood of reporting the same problem by a different customer.
• Actively develop product knowledge strive to become expert in the SAP Cloud Identity Services and work to enhance support processes within the team.
• Take responsibility for understanding in deep details product scenarios and development processes.
• Implement and propose solutions and/or workarounds of the reported issues
• (Optional) Implement bug-fixes and supportability features

Your contract will be for one year with the possibility of extension for an additional year

What you bring

Are you analytical self-motivated and enjoy problem solving Do you have experience in a Customer Support or Development Support role

If this sounds like you do you also bring:

• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Strong commitment to quality
• Experience in working with REST clients - Any knowledge in software security concepts and protocol
• (Optional) Knowledge of any programming language (preferably Java)
