Program Design Manager

WAGE: Salary (Discussed during interview process)
SHIFT: Normally Monday through Friday requiring overtime as business demands.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Oversees the Program Design Department and the sourcing organization and distribution of all product data to internal departments vendors and client partners. Also provide assistance to Director of Program Design and/or Director of Ops through on-site assistance operating own programs and/or provide assistance where needed. Provide direct supervision for all Program Design Associates.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Team Member Supervision DMC Product Knowledge Organization Negotiation Communication Comprehensive Computer Literacy.
Vendor Development/Maintenance

Create and maintain positive working relationships with all area vendors supplying services to Hello!

Define and enforce standards of quality and conduct for all vendors

Negotiate favorable and payment terms with all vendors
Organization and Maintenance of Internal and External Tariffs

Oversee web and server-based product libraries for use by Clients Sales and Operations teams to access relevant product details

Ensure accuracy of pricing contract and content of product libraries
Supervision of Program Design Associates

Train and supervise Program Design Associates in all aspects of their support role to Account Executives

Monitor and confirm hours worked

Monitor and maintain required quality of work output

Source new Program Design Associates as required
Coordination of Proposals and Service Agreements

Oversee Program Design Associates in the creation and distribution of proposals and service agreements for distribution to clients

Assist in creating proposals and service agreements as required when demand exceeds the capacity of Program Design Associates to meet deadlines
Represent Program Design Internally to Sales and Operations

Work with General Manager Director of Program Design and Director of Operations to synthesize efforts of respective departments to meet customer service needs
