ELG (Shanghai Xuejian Education Management Consulting Co. Ltd.) is seeking an Academic Executive Director to lead our academic strategy curriculum innovation and teaching quality in the field of special and inclusive education.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of special education in China by leading a multicultural team designing evidence-based intervention programs and driving academic excellence.
What Youll Do
Develop and implement long-term academic strategy in special and inclusive education.
Lead curriculum design quality assurance and professional training systems.
Oversee individualized intervention programs (IDPs) and ensure quality outcomes for students and families.
Manage and mentor a team of 30 educators therapists and specialists.
Represent ELG in academic conferences research collaborations and community events.
What Were Looking For
Masters degree or higher in Special Education Psychology or related field (PhD preferred).
510 years of experience in special education with proven leadership and team management.
Strong expertise in inclusive education assessment and intervention methods.
Fluent English (Mandarin a plus).
Excellent leadership interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Location: Shanghai China
