What you will do:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and drive sales growth through proactive engagement.
  • Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and value-added services.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries process orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends competitive pricing and product innovations.
  • Report on customer feedback and market insights to management.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and support team development.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Whatyou will bring:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in inside sales preferably in electrical distribution or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of sales administration and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software tools.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling complex accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Lead generation and pipeline management
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Technical understanding of electrical products
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Required to sit speak hear read type use close and distance vision.
  • This position works in a normal office environment with Standard office equipment.
  • Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise dust etc. while working in the office

Location:Fresno Central Valley

Work hours: 7:00 am 4:00 pm

Salary Range:

  • This is a non-exempt position and pays between $30.14 $41.21 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location within Hawaii. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
