Job Summary

Were seeking a customer-focused and adaptable Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Omaha this role youll provide support across multiple client locations ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. Youll be the go-to contact for various office and print service needsdelivering mail handling print jobs managing toner and equipment and supporting site operations.

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support across multiple client sites (mail delivery print jobs phones equipment servicing).
  • Deliver strong customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Travel between up to 12 locations within 4050 miles as needed (mileage reimbursed).
  • Support onsite staff during absences vacations or training.
  • Assist with onboarding training and sharing best practices across teams.
  • Maintain accurate expense reports documentation and compliance records.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and occasionally push/pull office equipment (up to 400 lbs).
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs while ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
    • Ability to travel between sites daily; flexibility with schedules as some sites open earlier/later.
    • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing walking lifting and moving equipment.
