Salary Range: $50.83 - $76.24 Hourly

Description
The Manager of Application Support Clinical Informatics and Data Reporting is responsible for leading the strategic development implementation upgrades and optimization of all operational administrative and clinical information systems and Data Reporting within the Trinity Health enterprise. This role involves collaborating with clinical operational and IT teams to ensure that application systems and solutions effectively support clinical workflows enhance patient care and promote data-driven decision-making. The Manager will also oversee the integration of clinical informatics initiatives and workflows to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required:
None
Educational Requirements:
Prefers a bachelors or higher degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Health Informatics Information Systems or a related field.
Also accepted would be 4 years of relevant IT leadership experience.
Experience Requirements:
7 years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Special Skills or Training Requirements:
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows healthcare operations and regulatory requirements. Experience with clinical administrative and operational information systems and applications particularly Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)systems and Data Reporting. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a healthcare setting. Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven approaches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
