About the Role
We are looking for anexperienced Class 2 Driver to join our team. Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience driving Class 2 as well as experience in temperature-controlled transport as you will be working with chilled and frozen goods. Being the face of Big Chill out on the roads you will also bring to our team excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities include
Delivery and pick up of chilled and frozen products across the Canterbury region
Providing assistance to the Stores team to present product for loading/unloading
Collaborating with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries
Compliance in delivery times and temperature control of customer goods
About You
- Qualified Class 2 driver with at least 6 months experience
- OSH Forklift Operator certified with experience operating a forklift
- Able to lift up to 25kgs.
- Experience working in frozen/temperature-controlled environments
- Demonstrable organisational and time management abilities
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Strong understanding of Health Safety and Compliance.
