We are currently recruiting interns to join Hogan Lovells for the Beijing office in Equity Capital Markets practice.

SCOPE OF THE WORK

As an intern your scope of responsibility covers a wide range of tasks including conducting legal research and due diligence providing legal translation preparing legal memoranda and drafting legal documents in Chinese and English.

REQUIREMENTS

2026 or 2027 Bachelors/Masters degree in Law
PRC bar qualification preferred
Exceptionalwriting skills in both English and Chinese
Strong legal research and writing capabilities
Available to work five days a week and willing to travel as required
Detail-orientated with a fast learning ability
Excellent interpersonal skills and organisation skills
Effective task management and ability to perform under pressure
Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team is a plus
