About the Role: Lead from the Front
Were seeking ahands-on Production Supervisorto lead our 1st shift operations at our Neosho MO premix plant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and enjoys being actively involved in production while guiding others.
Youll be responsible for executing and overseeing operational processes ensuring safety quality and efficiency while supporting and developing your team.
What Youll Do:
- Lead daily production activitiesto meet operational targets and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Operate and supervise equipmentfor discharging loading transporting cleaning and labeling.
- Inspect and maintain machinery performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Review and validate production logs ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Identify and escalate process deviations driving continuous improvement.
- Promote a safety-first culture modeling safe behaviors and encouraging awareness.
- Maintain clean organized workspaces ensuring readiness for the next shift.
- Enforce SOPs and work instructions providing training and support to team members.
What You Bring:
- Leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A sense of urgency ownership and accountability
- A team-first mindset and commitment to excellence
