Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Summary We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with 5 to 7 years of proven expertise in providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage executive-level communication organize workflows prepare documents and act as the central point of contact within the office. Immediate joiners preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other key documents.

File and retrieve corporate documents records and reports efficiently.

Read and analyze incoming memos submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

Prepare agendas and make necessary arrangements for committee board and other executive meetings.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Skills Required Primary Skills -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Secondary Skills -
Time management and ability to work independently.

Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

Basic mentoring skills for guiding junior staff.
Education & Experience -
Qualification: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred).

Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar executive administrative role.

Experience supporting executives is highly preferred.
