Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mendix Developer (5 years) to design develop and deliver scalable low-code applications. You will play a key role in solution architecture complex integrations and mentoring junior developers while ensuring high performance and maintainability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Mendix applications for enterprise-grade solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders solution architects and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement complex workflows data models and custom logic within Mendix.
Manage integration with APIs external systems and databases.
Ensure security performance and scalability of Mendix applications.
Provide technical leadership code reviews and mentoring to junior developers.
Drive adherence to best practices standards and governance in Mendix development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with Mendix platform enhancements and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent.
5 years of hands-on Mendix development experience with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification (preferred/mandatory depending on role).
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design principles.
Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL SQL Server Oracle etc.).
Strong skills in UI/UX design within Mendix.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) for customizations.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud environments (Mendix Cloud AWS Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of microservices Docker Kubernetes.
Prior experience in leading a Mendix delivery team.
