Job Summary
- The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB) selenium java.
- The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.
- Develop and implement test strategies plans and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
- Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases report defects and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
- Utilize testing tools and test automation (EMB) selenium java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
- Analyze test results track defects and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices
- Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (EMB) selenium java
- Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java
- Hands on experience with EMB (Electronic Measurement Bulletin) for testing purposes
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
- Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB) selenium java are a plus
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Cypress for web applications.
- Create and execute automated tests for functional regression and end to end scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery CICD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies identify automation opportunities and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Debug test failures perform root cause analysis and work with developers to resolve identified issues.
- Analyze test results generate reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation and Cypress.
