Location: Houston Texas United States
Responsibilities:
- Architect Salesforce solutions.
- Design develop test document and deploy business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead design and coding sessions and oversee solution implementation.
- Resolve technical and design conflicts.
- Implement solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Chatter and AppExchange applications.
- Develop using Salesforce core languages and tools (Apex Visualforce Lightning components SOQL).
- Build Lightning solutions (design components Aura Framework JavaScript server-side components).
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using various methods (SOAP REST MuleSoft WebMethods).
- Mentor peers and foster the growth of team members.
- Coach and mentor less-experienced analysts.
- Act as a team leader on complex system projects.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science MIS or related field OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 10 years of Salesforce and software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management/change management.
- Expertise in systems development implementation upgrades and analysis.
- Proficiency in QA testing catalyst or unified business modeling and system design.
- Knowledge of enterprise coding standards and software methodologies.
- Hands-on experience writing and reviewing highly complex code.
- Ability to lead teams to consensus solve problems and deliver results.
- Skilled at mentoring and training peers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong multitasking ability with capacity to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible adaptable and open to new/emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of general business knowledge and concepts.
