Job Description

MRI Technologist Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia WA

Job Type: Part-time - .50 FTE

Schedule:20 hours per week Saturdays and Sundays

Pay:$50 - $65.08 per hour

(Pay is determined based on years of experience)

Summary of benefits:

Eligible to participate in the 401K plan with company match and profit sharing. Sick Leave is accrued at 1 hour earned for 40 hours worked.

Olympia Orthopaedics is a drug-free alcohol-free and smoke-free workplace. If offered employment passage of background screen and pre-employment drug screen is required. Please note nicotine levels are included in testing.

MRI Technologist Summary:

As an MRI Technologist for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates you will use specialized equipment to create cross-sectional image scans of patients to assist our Physicians in diagnosing and treating illnesses or this role you will interact directly with patients and may administer intravenous injections of contrast dyes.

MRI Technologist Requirements:

  • Active ARRT orARMRIT registration.
  • Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist or X-Ray Technician license.
  • Active BLS Certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
  • Training specific to the operation of MRI scanners and performing MRI scans.
