Job Summary
As theAero Services Business Analyst EMEA you will be a key contributor to the Aerospace team supporting the growth and profitability of our Chemical Management Services (CMS) and Chemical Packaging Services (CPS) segments. This role is focused on enabling data-driven decision-making optimizing business processes and driving strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. Youll work closely with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities implement solutions and measure success.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze key data to support decision-making and build insightful reports.
- Evaluate business processes identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Compile monthly customer KPIs and manage internal operational dashboards.
- Conduct internal audits to assess CMS program performance and health.
- Review product pricing and margins report discrepancies and coordinate updates.
- Lead annual pricing reviews aligned with EMEA strategy.
- Support special data projects for the Aero Services platform.
- Manage project plans monitor performance and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update procedures and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users to align business needs.
- Balance competing priorities and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and business process improvement.
- Presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Financial acumen and a business-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
