Job Description

As theAero Services Business Analyst EMEA you will be a key contributor to the Aerospace team supporting the growth and profitability of our Chemical Management Services (CMS) and Chemical Packaging Services (CPS) segments. This role is focused on enabling data-driven decision-making optimizing business processes and driving strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. Youll work closely with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities implement solutions and measure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze key data to support decision-making and build insightful reports.
  • Evaluate business processes identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Compile monthly customer KPIs and manage internal operational dashboards.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess CMS program performance and health.
  • Review product pricing and margins report discrepancies and coordinate updates.
  • Lead annual pricing reviews aligned with EMEA strategy.
  • Support special data projects for the Aero Services platform.
  • Manage project plans monitor performance and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update procedures and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users to align business needs.
  • Balance competing priorities and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and business process improvement.
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Financial acumen and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
