Fraser is looking for dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! This fulfilling position involves conducting therapeutic evaluations treatments and interventions for children and adolescents. Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health required
- Ability to pass DHS Background check
- Valid U.S. Drivers License with acceptable record is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required
- Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization required

Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctors order and establish appropriate treatment goals
- Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctors order
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their childs progress
- Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners
- Maintain clean equipment in good repair
- Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered
- Communicate appropriate aspects of the clients program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members

Compensation:
- The starting pay range for this role is $70000- $75000 annually with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $20000 in productivity bonuses. Actual pay will depend on qualifications.
